The safety and the reception of the public will of course remain a priority for the Festival in 2021. This 32nd edition of the festival will comply in all respects with the decisions of the authorities. A protection plan will be put in place according to the rules in force at that time, and revealed to the public as the Festival approaches.
Access to the hall
Here is all the information you need to organize your visit to the Montreux Comedy Festival and enjoy your evening!
Doors open: 45 minutes before the start of the show.
Doors close: at the time of the show as indicated on the ticket.
Seating: Out of respect for the audience and the artists, spectators must be seated at their seats no later than 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket. After this time, numbered seating is no longer guaranteed.
Latecomers: After the start time indicated on the ticket, access to the hall is no longer guaranteed.
2M2C Doors to the building open two and a half hour before the show. Restaurants and bars are available on site. Access to the auditorium an half an hour before each show, so there's no rush! Address: Av. Claude Nobs 5, 1800 Montreux
During the week, make sure you set off early enough – you wouldn't want to miss anything! A free shuttle bus will be running to the car parks and the station after the shows. For more information, make sure to ask the people at the welcome desk.
At the weekend, we recommend that you use the out-of-town car parks (Chailly motorway exit) where there will be VMCV buses to Montreux.
Whether you’re travelling as a family or with friends, the more of you there are, the cheaper! The more the merrier is certainly true!
